Coming off of one of those legendary 36 hour shifts at the hospital, Japanese nurse Akira is spent. She tries to sleep, but hears the Darke Stalker creeping around in the room. Knowing all the stories of how he tickles women in their sleep, she decides it would be safer to simply act as if she's asleep and non-responsive to his tickling. He ties her wrists and ankles to the four corners of the bed and starts to tickle her bare, vulnerable, defenseless and very ticklish foot. She fails in her bid to fake her sleep. He doesn't care and just keeps on tickling her.
