Detective Joe Jutsu is mediating a dispute between two lady gangsters, over a strange item of great sentimental value. Kim Chi of the Triads and British gangster, Sativa, however, have decided to fight, rather than talk! Punches, kicks and toe stomps keep the battling babes busy, while Joe leaves the room, to grab a knock out grenade, which ends the entire "discussion". Now, Joe wants to know why this item, which looks like little more than a bobblehead, is so important.Sativa and Kim Chi are tied up, side by side, but still less than accommodating, so the detective removes their shoes and tickles their helpless, bare feet, to get some answers! Answers aren't immediately forthcoming, but gales of laughter and pleading are!
